Island Therapy Solutions is a multi-dimensional practice that focuses on mental health wellness for children and adults in Neuropsychology, ABA Therapy for individuals with autism, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Family Therapy, and Psychiatry.
On St. Croix, our flagship office in Gallows Bay offers all of our services. Our west office in Hannah’s Rest offers most of our services. On St. Thomas, we are located in Yacht Haven Grande and offer all of our services. Please confirm current service and provider availability with the office.
