This redesigned website does not collect or store patient symptoms, diagnoses, medical history, or intake responses. Appointment and referral buttons take you to the practice’s existing Hushmail-hosted workflow. The practice must confirm vendor configuration, required agreements, access controls, and correct routing.
External websites and documents have their own privacy practices. No new patient-intake forms, embedded interest questionnaires, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts have been added.
