    Administrative Review

Preserved With Care. Ready for Your Review.

Content accuracy and healthcare privacy matter. These items need practice confirmation before a public launch.

This page is a launch checklist, not a compliance certificate. The complete source-to-destination content inventory is included with the project as CONTENT-MIGRATION.md.

    01

    Insurance participation

The Getting Started source says M.A.P. is accepted; the FAQ says it is not. The redesigned insurance page preserves both statements and requests confirmation. All coverage and financial responsibilities must be checked with the office.

    02

    Clinical treatment copy

SPRAVATO and TMS source claims, indications, safety instructions, risks, and treatment expectations require clinician approval. Source numerical claims are labeled as unverified and no result is guaranteed.

    03

    Patient forms and payment

Appointment and referral access continue to the original Hushmail-hosted forms. Bill payment continues to the original provider. Submissions, location routing, confirmations, privacy settings, authorization, and required agreements have not been end-to-end tested.

    04

    Google interest questionnaires

The source SPRAVATO/TMS Google questionnaires collect health details. They have not been embedded or certified as compliant. Use the existing Hushmail workflow pending privacy and vendor-configuration review.

    05

    Privacy notices and financial policy

The legacy privacy text contains Pennsylvania-specific and historical references. It is retained as an archive beside the separate V.2026 PDF. Legal applicability, current fee amounts, terms, and PDF accessibility require confirmation.

    06

    Provider records

All 40 publicly returned staff records and original portraits were recovered. Ernest Jermin’s source title says II and biography says III. Lorie Richards’ source title says Territorial director while the biography describes St. Croix director. Original wording is retained with flags. Historical dates and new-client availability require review.

    07

    Historical programs and recruitment

2014 program pages, 2017 group flyers, the 2020 coronavirus notice, and original recruitment posts/benefits are clearly labeled as historical or unconfirmed, not current schedules or vacancies.

    08

    Location and service availability

Addresses, phone numbers, source-listed office hours, and detailed directions are retained. Hannah’s Rest services follow the specific source list. Confirm specialized treatment availability and provider location before a visit.

    09

    Documents and important URLs

Original service, staff, program, policy, and career addresses are retained. Legacy team/contact/support-group index addresses redirect to their appropriate destinations. Original PDF/DOCX links remain on the existing domain and must be retained or migrated when hosting changes.

    10

    Launch verification

Navigation and route references are reviewed in source and TypeScript-checked. No patient request, referral, or payment was submitted. Mobile-device testing, formal accessibility review, PDF accessibility, and third-party delivery must be completed by the practice before launch.
