Aja Boyd

Aja Boyd, M.A., BCBA, was raised on the island of St. Croix where she graduated from The Good Hope School (Falcons Forever!). Aja earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Flagler College in 2017, before moving back home and finding love for Behavior Analysis at Island Therapy Solutions in 2018. She decided to pursue her master’s in applied behavior analysis through Florida Institute of Technology where she received her M.A. in Professional Behavior Analysis in 2023. Aja is now working at Island Therapy Solutions as the first VI-raised Behavior Analyst in the St. Thomas office. She continues to learn and grow through the amazing BCBAs around her and clients who motivate her daily.
